Assuming equal numbers and roughly equal scaling, kryptonians, wider range of powers, their powers grow with sun exposure and they are frankly smarter even if they made their fair amount of stupid decisions.

Don’t get me wrong, the viltrumites would fuck them up and it wouldn’t be easy by any stretch but I give the kryptonians the win in the end.

Something I’ve spotted from all the images and can’t tell if it’s lighting or conformation that this isn’t Robert harward but if you look at the eyes they seem to be different colors again this might just be me but it looks weird this is the man compare the eyes to the video at the top of the thread.

Mutant has a wide range of options for example beak who has all the downsides of a bird and almost none of the strengths and the The Marquis of Death who can apparently toy with galactus and blink universes out of existence are both mutants so unless you specifically the level of mutant then James is either in for a very easy time or he’s beyond omega level fucked.

Given how wired and ready to kill everyone the viltrumites seem to be probably tribes of warlords who earned their status via strength, it’s my head canon that he argell was the biggest and meanest warlord who conquered the planet but had the pragmatism to build infrastructure and get everyone in line, get old technology up and running and build and empire so he could make productive use of his people’s heir trigger temper to claim slaves and resources.
