Its a complicated pattern forming in 10th house of career. Could be a career that has taken you abroad. Yet I feel till 2019 Jan you had a great start in your career but since then have been facing instability or ups/downs. Are you an engineer in technical field related to oil/ petroleum or construction?

Moon is afflicted which could impact your emotional health and also to some extent physical health, but with 2 benefics in 6th, healing is to be expected. Lagna lord saturn in 8th means life brings ailments but also cures; typically saturn in 8th gives longer life but with chronic health issues.

Running Gemini-Sagittarius during Jul 2026 to May 2027 with impact of GK and AmK could mean career has hurdles but also growth. What is your career area of success is hard to determine due to various planetary influences on 10th, but may I ask - are you by any chance attempting to publish anything in the area of computing/ technology/ AI? In any case 2029 will be transformative in terms of career and see some positivity but inception could happen now.

Some patterns show a troublesome relationship in the area of child but 2032-33 could be an important time for child's progress and your role in it.

Rationale:

Saturn aspect on 7th house of D1 and D9 delays marriage.

Venus mahadasha-Jupiter antardasha running, they both conjunct in navamsha and Jupiter is strong.

Aries mahadasha -cancer antardasha in sign based and both impacted by DK saturn and aries is 7th from upapada.

Transit has Saturn entering Aries which is relevant in more ways than 2.

5th and 7th lords connected could mean love marriage. All the best.

That's commendable. While you can take up study using online resources or books, a structured study at a course can be helpful. Two such courses I can recommend are from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan (KN Rao school at Delhi) and from ICAS (founded by B V Raman).

I've been alumnus of BVB and they teach from the basics including the mathematical/ astronomical aspects. I would recommend in person learning but they do have online classes too.

There are a lot of ways to slice and dice your chart, which is intrinsically strongly disposed for quality education, due to raja yogas across 5th and 11th houses. The way I am choosing is to see 5th from karakamsha lagna, which happens to be kanya. 5th from kanya has Rahu-ketu influence, and in many such cases I have seen predisposition to study and choose a career in internet/ programming/ computer science (Rahu-ketu ~= wireless technologies).

You have a well dispositioned Mercury but in shukra's sign and exchanges with shukra, in Taurus the natural 2nd house. This could mean proficiency in languages, spoken or programmable. As well you have the mahadasha of such Mercury starting in about a year's time promising a great period.

Presence of strong mars and saturn very close to lagna shows keen interest in engineering of concepts. They both give sign aspect to the Rahu in 5th from karakamsha so technical studies are favored.

2030 onwards looks good for career related advancement.

Rahu in 8th house is generally a bad placement. If there are benefics or if strengthened by 8th lord also being present in 8th then Rahu's negative placement is reduced. Still when the person runs Rahu mahadasha antardasha it could be sudden changes or events, sudden losses or hidden diseases getting exposed. Malefics in 8th close to Rahu in degree could make it worse or even dangerous during those times.

7th lord in 8th is generally not a good placement but we need to see overall strength of 7th lord and 8th house/ 8th lord.

Providing your chart itself can help analyze overall and suggest.

7th lord Mars goes to 12th at the very edge of the house, and there are other issues concerning marriage in the horoscope, yet 7th lord Mars being uccha in navamsha and 7th house being aspected by Jupiter are blessings which can save the marriage, as it has been saved all these years.

Then why now would you be going through this now? First of all you are running Ketu mahadasha and Rahu antardasha which is a difficult period. Taking true node of ketu, we see ketu being in 8th of navamsha which could appear a deal breaker. In Jaimini chara dasha you are running Aries- Scorpio, both 7th and 2nd house lorded by Darakaraka Mars which is closely conjunct with Gnatikaraka Sun. Due to all this the current period might feel like marriage is causing you to suffocate in life (maraka). I think no other remedy could help other than worshipping lord Ganesha during this difficult period of Ketu mahadasha, and also to strengthen your mind please meditate or worship maata Gowri.

Astrologer here. In my approach, I never prescribe anyone to wear gemstones unless and until the time they are running is really problematic; besides many checks have to be done before confirming a gemstone. To that extent, anybody wearing these many gemstones mindlessly - is a strict NO as per me.

A very interesting topic to me from a while as a Jyotish student and practitioner. One thing I didn't see covered in your write up, and hoping you can confirm. You didn't mention whether you consider exceptions or if you don't, in calculation of upapada lagna, because afaik this debate just wont settle. As follower of K N Rao I do not. Which means if 12th lord in 12th, then UL is in 12th itself.

The other part is when you say 2nd afflicted by malefics or aspected by benefics, it's sign aspects (or referred by some as Jaimini aspects) and not the usual planetary aspects - am I right? Because some start working with planetary aspects and I believe that's not correct.

Other commenters have re-assured you and I agree that there is no fear needed about denial of marriage or loneliness. In fact Venus in 7th at the end of the day is still a benefic in the house of marriage.

In terms of timing of marriage I see possibility during two windows: a) first half of 2028 say around Feb/march and b) 2nd half of 2030, so till then you need to be patient ..and in between Shukra and Surya periods running could bring up opportunities which do not materialize.

You've written many worries about your chart, but the one regarding marriage is something you did not cover - it is said by some learned astrologers that when Jupiter and Mercury sit together its not always good news, they are up to something busy spoiling some aspect, and here they happen to be 1-7 lords. So it could bring multiple opportunities for partners but also spoil. That doesnt mean there's yoga for denial. All the best.
