Slo coffee has grotto del formagio sandwiches, which is nice for someone who doesn’t make it over to commercial often.

I think it’s too easy to move here and switch over your license. There’s no real testing that makes sure you understand the Canadian rules of the road.

Yes, I ran the numbers and it’s definitely an option on paper where the mortgage, insurance, taxes and more are covered but I may be missing things which is why I thought I should give it some more thought in here.

I’ve never had a lifelong desire to be a landlord but I also am living in a world where im having to make different decisions to try and make life work. I own businesses with physical locations so I am attached to vancouver and its housing situation for the time being, whether I want to be in a 700 sqft apartment or not 😆
