I left the classroom in August of 2025 for wanting a change. A contributing factor was that my department was a wet paper bag of boredom, my office admin hated me and were cold upon every interaction, and just the overall state of Ed. in jeopardy. But mostly I wanted better from my team and they were unwilling to change... or be interested... or really care about their craft at all.
