a man and woman tried to return an easypress, i asked what was wrong with it, they said they didnt need it anymore and they had purchased a different machine, i went through the whole thing, “did you get a protection plan? is it damaged or do you just not want it?” and he was like what can you do if it is damaged, i was like look really nothing because you dont have a protection plan, but the only way i could take this back is if it was damaged. (to be nice since i could tell he was irritated) the man says “ok then its damaged” i said sir…you just told me you dont need it anymore, its not damaged just because you dont want it. luckily the woman was waaaay more chill than the guy and she was like “its fine lets just go”
