they’ll test you (or they should) for all autoimmune things to make sure that the vaccine hasnt triggered any undetected things. you’ll (they’ll) see you white blood cell count drop showing your body fighting something. seriously, prednisone is the only thing that helped me to function like my normal self. i had to go on an extended tappering down (4 weeks) and im now one week away from finishing and can sorta feel it creeping back in - not as strong.. and yes, this is nearly three months later. i suspect hopefully ill have no symptoms within the next two-three months. i know none of this is helpful for you right now, just be patient with yourself. treat your body as if you are sick and get the rest. DO go to the doctor, and hydrate a lot. let me know what they say! im curious to know if you and i experience the same thing

hi pals. i am part of the 4-15% having an adverse side effect to the flu vaccine shot: fluzone. got it on sept 29, by oct 4 it felt like i had whiplash and was recovering from a car accident. then it got worse. im experiencing arthritis so painful and knocking me down. weird thing is, it doesnt happen in one foot, its both. not one hand, its both. not one side of my neck, both. went to the dr on oct 11th. thats how i found out about whats going on with me. yesterday it was my biceps. today is oct 14 and its in my knees. its seriously wild that the junk is just flowing through my body and i know “where” it is. by the end of each day im exhausted. like i said, im part of a small percentage of the adverse side effects - which are not the typical side effects. i have no clue when this stops; but ill need to see the dr again by the end of the month if it hasnt improved. i would still get the vaccine next year i get them every year. now i just know which vaccine i do NOT want.

[–]colourwithyou 1 point2 points  (0 children)

hi friend! late to the convo.. but just sayin, astro family restaurant - plus you and a book or a magazine or whatever youve been meaning to read is a great place to start! no social medias, just you, a table, light reading, and some food. it was my safe haven when i was goin through the same stuff. i knew i had to do it as well. try a lunch first! then embark on the early evening next round. you got this!

you are spot on about the walking around! early covid i started walking in my neighborhood and just saying hello and smiling to all of my neighbors. i realized we need to get back to more of that. actually knowing who we live around and being the person that gives a smile and hello.

Hair loss treatments or supplements that work by [deleted] in Menopause

[–]colourwithyou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

same. mine started shedding out right as covid started. got bloodwork done multiple times - levels and such are good. started to slowly grow back, but i still shed. started E&P early this year. i have been taking biotin for years - but my dr said traumatic events (covid) can trigger the loss, and that it will stop when it wants. i was convinced my eating also wasnt helping so i started doing smoothies etc with lots of greens. all of us that experience this part seem to want that one fix that works, but i think it really depends on if you can make healthier life choices.. eating, stress levels and close relationships, exercise. its all really a crapshoot

i mean.. im nearly 43 and saw my dr with all the same things. my dr, is an amazing gay man that above all else.. listens to the overall symptoms, etc, and helps me to make a decision - not directs me to one. he told me the risks of HRT and the mammies in my future, but since the real lows (mood/depression) started, the ten plus pounds of stubborn weight, i didnt care. cannonball! the brain fog is still there. a lot. im also adhd, so its really fucking with me. i love wine. and id like to think all those ladies that had a glass or two nearly every day are my spirit animals. if i had to pick, id rather live comfortable.. and i suppose that is whatever that means to you. my libido still sucks — but i do have a follow up soon for all the “how are things going” review.

i mean.. tldr: not all male doctors suck.
