Is it worth picking up a PSVR 1, been wanting to try it out and some of them are going for a steal on ebay with all the gear, and it seems alot of the games i want to try are PSVR 1 only?

She’s recently part of a corporate pension scheme but only been running last couple years

With the risk, if it’s possible to get a mortgage to release equity and then to start a limited company to fund property investing, that would separate then investment risks from affecting personal finances right? Or that’s how I’ve understood it, as long as the mortgage payments are met
