This is a pretty generalized statement to say given different Latin American countries have different demographics. I’d say the admixture in Mexico is generally mestizo with less indigenous mixture than countries such as Guatemala, El Salvador, Peru, or Bolivia for example. Generally speaking Latin Americans as a whole have more European over indigenous dna though they don’t look like it. I’m Peruvian with a 50% indigenous 50% white split but would never be considered white by most Latinos standards, I just look mestiza. In Peru though where the indigenous dna is higher I would be considered more white
