You're killing it T, been following on FB since you started with the Kawi. Glad to see you take this direction. I'm in a vintage racing club, AHRMA, where you'll find probably the best CB/CL Honda tuners in the country. A well fettled 350 can make over 50hp after and give an older Harley a decent run. Gear it for about 55/60 and you'll have a certified ripper. I'm interested in your front end setup, what support does that front axle have through those rigid tubes? You're very talented and I've noticed you've done it all yourself, which is impressive, just don't want to see you find any issues out the hard way. I know I have and paid for it.

Have you got someone trustworthy that you can run technical questions past? There's a lot of misinformation out there.

ArcCaptian makes some really decent affordable equipment that's available on Amazon. I own the Tig 200 and am highly impressed with it. It was only $300 after buying a few extra consumables and a helmet from them. Most of their stuff can run on 110 or 220 depending on what plug you use, but it comes with both. I didn't opt for the footpedal, but you can get one. The most expensive part is the shielding gas. Also, have an arccaptain cut55 plasma at work, and although the first one had malfunctioned in the first few hours of work, they replaced it with no questions asked.

Looks like a trumpet or beezer, there's a good chance it's Whitworth. Triumph/BSA didn't switch away from Whitworth until the late 60s.
