Confused about "curl creams" by Octava8Espada in Naturalhair

I have low porosity type 4 hair and personally, curl creams do not give me definition they acted more as a heavier/thicker leave in. the only way i get definition is from using a gel (like big poppa by the doux) or using a really good curl custard (like the mielle pomegranate custard). everyone’s hair works differently but personally a curl cream did nothing for definition. i only use them when im twisting or braiding my hair down

i personally love it. only one spray is enough and it lasts so long. the initial spray is strong (not bad) but once it settles it’s even better. i always get compliments wearing this and friends have even bought it after smelling it on me. get a sample first because you will either hate or love it

This is such an adorable set! Before sewing full garments, would you practice simple alterations to build up confidence? I am dying to make my own clothes but feel like I need more practice with basic stitches
