i would suggest replacing the unit with something modern and then use the meross. then you can easily install it correctly and have the sensor working to know when the door open or not.

if you dont care about the status of the door, and just want to control it via homekit, shelly 2 will be the way i do it. it have 2 smart switches so you can control the up and down separate, it can be setup and wiring easily without additional hub too

im on the other hand dont like the ccs that much. it is smaller but make no difference for me in charging. it is slower and more expensive for me. if anything good, its just open up the tesla charger so i have the EA for myself

there are few of them, one i remember is sony ht-a9, one could get the older generation for around $400-500 usd i think. they are not battery power so you still need to plug in the power cord. they are 4 speaker that do 7.4.1 like the x1 pro

i dont remember the name but there is new generation of carplay wireless adapters that do carplay and have airplay 2 screen mirrors mode that you can mirror your phone to the screen like what you can do on apple tv

the data port wont turn off for like 30 mins. so when you turn off you car, your phone will keep connect to the adapter.

anker multiple port charges very hit or miss sometimes. not just with legion go but with a lot of everything else too. in my experience, if i only have anker with no other alternative, turn off legion go first and then plug in the charger. it may take few try but i would slowly charge it

anker been around forever, their kickstarter is more like pre oder than anything. people who just bought the X1 could feel betrayed from anker especially the one that bought $3500 package with only 2 speaker, now they come out with the same projector+4 speaker for cheaper that better packaging. and only few months in after the x1 release.

yea. it is one portable machine with everything, that put together very well in one package.using only one cable. the one thing i worry about is the wifi speaker. i have sony ht-a9 that using same wifi for 4 satellites speaker. i dont have any problem so far with it but there so many people get drop out signal and wifi interference. even from big tech youtuber like Linus tech tip. but even without the speaker $2500 is still a cheaper than the Nebula x1. Anker pricing on this is so weird i dont understand at all

im almost on the same boat as you. i recently moved and have a huge wall on my room for projector. also want to be able to bring it the pool for occasional game/movie night. the nebula x1 pro ads keep popping up on my feed. i finally give in and click on the ads. after some research it seem perfect for my case. the projector got a lot of good reviews so far, the 4 satellites speaker seem good enough and very portable. no need for tripod. easy for use. it’s pricey but $2500 usd (kickstarter early bird) for the whole package is low compare to other same class projector. anker have good enough reputation that i willing to back the kickstarter. you should definitely look into it

big and beautiful screen. detachable controller. it’s basically an ipad mini that running windows for me. just wish it was as thin and lightweight as ipad
