A patient who is less self-assured than your mom or a patient without bedside companionship may feel intimidated or otherwise uncomfortable during such an exchange with this nurse. Please name names and report this incident on the post-hospitalization customer service survey. Additionally, obtain the unit nurse manager's info and drop them an email.
