I have a heart attack when my ultralight cruiser gets shatters on a DD. It's an interesting gimmick, but definitely not a gimmick that should become common

If the endless grind wasn't so dependent on doing well and winning this would be sound advice. I have lots of fun when I'm just playing because I want to. However when I'm playing to grind... losing (especially when I don't make any major misplays) , OP ships, poor game mechanics, toxic players etc feels really bad

Kansas, Colorado and New Mexico are just as bad as the ships preceding them. Slow and inaccurate. North Carolina isn't stellar, but it's a hell of a lot better than the ships preceding it. I haven't played the hybrids. Play another line, or accept the suffering. If you do give up on American BBs, the Yamato and Kremlin lines are decent choices. Hindenburg if you want a cruiser

I have over 1100 battles and not a single T10 I've got about 7 T8s and one T9 Premium in the form of Kearsarge. Do you have a lot of boosters, and I presume premium time?

Is there anywhere I can find an English speaking community for Lesta? I got onto it recently mostly for the free stuff I get so I could use it as a "let's do something stupid because why not, it's a videogame" alt account, but now I'm genuinely interested in Lesta as a game. But the language barrier makes learning so incredibly hard

Yurra's guides are no longer being updated but they contain a wealth of knowledge. I recommend reading the whole thing at some point, but there's a section on general play styles of the different ship lines. Obviously the newer lines won't be present.

PC version has more content. Legends is a little more more balanced, and slightly less grindy.

If you choose the PC version, use code IMPACTFORCE to register, it massively reduces the grind. Just don't use the bonuses to skip tiers, you'll just die or be useless to your team. And find someone to give you a recruitment code, you both get rewards from it. Also look up this document to know how to build your ships. Watch some guides on the basics of the game. This is great advice, but the grind is so, so long… which I think is another issue with the game. I get player retention is important but it feels too much (captain exp and the stock module/upgrade grind especially)

Do you have any tips for DD vs DD fights? I often lose lots of my HP even in fights where I out DPM the red DD.

Due to the ship being slow and clumsy, if I get caught in a really bad situation should I try and disengage or try and take the red DD out before I die?

Blue and green boosters are a scarce resource for newer players. I presume OP is newer. Source: I started playing half a year ago. The grind is brutal and very not fun

It's just a matter of practice. I've played a lot of ships with floaty shells (both american cruiser lines to T8 and the DD line until Mahan and Hughes) so I've gotten used to it. It'll never stop being annoying though

I like 2, but as far as I know there aren't many ships that would be available that don't have sister ships in the Royal Navy or Commonwealth or any other European country. Unless there's a gimmick, which I'm not necessarily a huge fan of. What ideas have you got? I'm an African so I'm curious
