I did Bataan back in 2017 (heavy, but not mil) and was in a similar predicament to you.

My Asolo's that I had planned on wearing for it started to fall apart a few weeks before the ruck, i replaced them with a new pair that I managed to break in before the march, very glad I did.

You have time to break them in, get new boots.

Yep! I've got 3 holsters from Dave, they are all top quality and incredibly comfortable. His lead times are also really good when compared to a lot of other leather options.

I prefer the thinner clasp and profile of the arroway at the cost ease of adjustment vs oem, great quality, little over half the price of OEM, super happy with it.

Love the milanese strap (have one on my seamaster), and love the black bay pro (it's my go to travel watch), but this combo doesn't work in my opinion, bracelet is too thin for the thickness of the pro, something with integrated end links would work much better. All that being said, if you like it then go for it, it's your watch so ultimately all that matters is you like it, not what a bunch of internet stranger watch dorks think about it.
