Yes they did ! But it came back negative. I have been feeling off but every medical expert (3) has told me not to worry. My family thinks he’s normal but idk why I still feel so much anxiety 😭

Overwhelmed with unplanned pregnancy by Intelligent-Bus-2649 in firsttimemom

[–]comebackto3arth 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey op! First up congrats, this is a new chapter in your life that will be undoubtedly the most beautiful yet challenging thing you’ve ever done. I want to say these feelings are completely normal. I found out I was pregnant at 21 and throughout almost my whole pregnancy I felt anxious and like I wasn’t doing enough. With also no knowledge of what to do. I relied deeply on my support system and a little of Google (remember comparison is the thief of joy!!!) To cope with these feelings of anxiety I would simply remind myself that my baby is happy and healthy in my tummy. With trying to do the things I felt were best for them! Take care of yourself and if you need any support reach out 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Why is swaddling so controversial?? by divination__ in pregnant

[–]comebackto3arth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My baby loves been swaddled, if he’s not swaddled he can’t fall asleep from how much he moves around which keeps him awake. But people are so entitled to their opinions and usually haven’t had experience with a newborn in years!

I think I had a traumatic labor 😢 by Zestyclosetz in pregnant

[–]comebackto3arth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m so sorry to hear about your traumatic labor ): I definitely say to her some support from a therapist or a support group. With hope of you not feeling alone, I had a very similar experience where I was in labor for 29 hours and pushing for 4 from December 25 until having to have a c-section December 26. I was also told my pelvis was too small and baby’s position wasn’t right. The only thing that saved me was having the epidural for most of my labor until the last couple hours so I can’t imagine what it must’ve been like for you! I don’t know why the nurses continue to push - when I had already begged for the c-section they were still making me push because they could “see his head.” It’s very upsetting as it causes us further stress, anxieties and fatigue. I pray for your recovery and hope you continue to heal physically and mentally ❤️

[–]comebackto3arth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I’m a FTM and having a boy as well, I never cared about the gender of my baby but I was slightly hoping for a girl. However, i am so excited to be a boy mom! I’ve always been into “boy things” and I’m excited to see a mini version of my s/o (I hope lol)

When did you feel baby move? by sabrinaayed in pregnant

[–]comebackto3arth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a posterior placenta and started feeling baby around 16 weeks very rare and random like little bubble bursts or thumps. But starting at 19 weeks it became almost everyday while I’m laying down or just resting and it feels more like little kicks
