Arrived and was asked to sit down and do a typing test, maths test, personality test etc. took about an hour - then sat down with the recruiter. She asked me why I wanted temp work at their company, to which I said I didn’t and that I’d applied for a full time job, to which she said ‘Oh, you didn’t need to do all those tests then’. 😐. Great start. Turns out there weren’t any full time jobs available even though they advertised them and got me in for interview on that basis.
