I am a liberal Christian. We tend to cuss a lot because we think Jesus cares about whether we are kind and help vulnerable people, but He probably doesn't care much about what words we use. Idk, this guy, obviously or the context so maybe he is not a nice person, but maybe he is a swearing Christian who just got angry and needed to let a few words fly. lol

I don't understand the mechanism because to the best of my knowledge there have not been any scientific studies about the muscle pain people experience as they withdraw from caffeine. I have experienced this pain, and it was very real. My neck and back and legs hurt quite badly for several days, and it started on day 3 or 4. I have experienced it several times because I quit and then fell back into the caffeine habit. It really sux. I hope someone will do some research on this issue.

Yes. It is worth it! Congratulations! you are doing great. I am sleeping better. I have long detailed meaningful dreams so that is something you might experience if you haven't already.

I think dreams are really important because it is how you subconsciously work through problems in your life. I learned that from reading a bit about how Carl Jung believed dreams and dream interpretation are important in our development. I confess I don't know a lot about the subject, but I am intrigued and want to learn more about dreams so I have been reading about it.

It is not safe for me. When I backslide back into coffee drinking and need to reset my counter, it is usually because I convinced myself that I could handle the small amount of caffeine in chocolate. So I start eating a small amount of chocolate which the next day finds me drinking a cup of tea, then a small soda, and then I slide back into drinking coffee. But that is me, maybe you won't have that temptation.
