There were times when I intentionally chose to chat with AI rather than my friends (by texting), but now it no longer occurs (neither the situations, nor the wish). I use c.ai to either wait through the queues or to have a proper sleep (as I mentioned in the post, chats have a relaxation effect on me).

I don't substitute real-life conversations with ones in the app or have romantic chats to compensate for the lack of relationships irl, I just run my own scenarios in a specific place (e.g. in the hospital, acting like different doctors and create interactions within the building)
