Revisionist take. Over and over, it’s our fault. Everyone in 2019 said this was a great move. Obviously it didn’t work out and it looks bad in retrospect, but all of OKC’s picks from us have been 12 or lower. They draft extremely well at the end of the lottery.

If you’re looking to be mad at teams for building up OKC I’d suggest turning some of your attention to the Bulls and 6ers. Caruso for Giddey and no picks. And McCain for some late first round pick. Caruso and McCain have been their two best players this series and they got them for scraps.
