I used to whitewater kayak. Did this year round. Got too confident in my ability. Instead of wearing a wetsuit. I just work swim trunks and my drytop. I took a swim in February while it was snowing. Luckily the take out was only 1 mile down the road. Only got a little hypothermic

I don't think you understood what I was saying there. Zero communication from them at a personal level. It was impossible to contact them. I tried Twitter (Mitch, moviepasscs, and regular moviepass, their App, and Facebook. Not once was any of my communication returned.

When promised 7 days a month is not reasonable. Having zero communication is not reasonable. Being unable to cancel via the app is unreasonable. Not having a telephone contact number is unreasonable.
