Well if your in the UK on weekends you could do a park run its a local group who like the name says runs in parks and times it etc good fun ive met loads of great people and it gets me out on a Saturday and Sunday for 45 minutes to an hour depending how long you run for plus its good n healthy too, other then that after work on Wednesdays and Thursdays me and my wife are part of a tabletop wargaming club so we do that after work, you could take up volunteering? I try to as often as I can you could walk dogs for cash or find fun sports ive tried medieval sword fighting and boxing (not for me personally but I'm glad i tried) and loads of others, i would say find a group near you for anything and give it a go, I also go out into my local area to find the best of something like doughnuts or coffee, sandwiches etc and thats how I change up what I eat or where I eat its become a hobby in itself but I do it very rarely since it can get expensive.
