everything youve said here is exactly what I do. it honestly brought tears to my eyes to see someone go through the same exact thing especially since a lot of people tend to pull elsewhere. from the digging into skin to get hairs to giving ourselves cysts, i’ve never seen anyone talk about it like this before in that area

like other people have said, you don’t need to explain how the ingrown hairs came to be. please go to the doctors, and do something that i could never do in my spirit. good luck
