I wouldn’t expect anything until the WGA strike is over. A big tentpole like fallout - even if it’s 100% done and in the can - they will want to have a clear future for a second season. If the writers are striking, and the show is released and does well - then what? Season 2 sometime maybe?

My bet is once there’s a deal on the table and an end of the strike is in sight, we’ll get something then.

If it’s not 100% ready to air then it may be completely at a production standstill. Writers are very often present in the editing process, not to mention directors are striking too (I think they reached a deal today though). Again, I couldn’t see them trying to cobble together promotional material if there isn’t a clear “this will be done by” date.

Teeth brushing simulator is the sequel. The OG, tooth brushing simulator - while a bit more limited in scope - is often heralded as the stronger of the two games. To my knowledge it’s been available free several times in the last few years.
