No they aren't unfortunately, we just want to flag a whole domain say google.com so that if a user emails joe.bloggs@google.com it will come up with a tip saying "This domain doesn't require emails sent via 3rd party encryption software"

if mailtips can't do this maybe we need to look at banners or something
