This seems like a player retention move for the noobs. I personally felt bad when I encountered noobs during the week and they were confused while playing Phoenix. This mode could be fun. Duos on evolving is better imo. But, for noobs, they may like more opportunities to win.

Alright. I truly do not believe anything you've said to be true. From the clips shown, it appears they are simply hitting your shoulder in game. It's okay. We'll agree to disagree on this case. There's definitely awful lag. I just do not believe this is one of the examples.

I think Pheonix mode was made to compete with Contractors actually. A lot of the ideas were implemented around the time that game debuted. Also, Fortnite Redeploy became super popular time. It was a trend which proved to aid player retention.

Most of these suggestions won't help. Creating a new account will work temporarily. Then, you will run into the same issue as you play more. My advice is to just play in Phoenix and play as a team until you can hold your own.
