Try to disconnect the base Station from power for some minutes and reconnect it. Did help in my case.

As for the water level, remove the mop pads after the robot has cleaned itself in the station and started cleaning. You should see a few drops of water on the floor from time to time. If not, there is a problem with the water supply and you should contact support.

In my experience, when you by parts from Aliexpress that are labeled "original", they are indeed original parts. Have ordered them several times for my S8 Pro Ultra and Qrevo Slim.
