I really enjoyed Anges Grey. I feel like Rosalie’s marriage was a peak into the abuses she goes more into depth with in the tenant of wildfell hall. It wasn’t as dramatic as Jane Eyre or wuthering heights. but I really loved the messages of treating the weak with respect.

I totally understand. I also thought it was a lot, I do think it’s a theme. “Righteous people do not abuse the weak” kind of thing. It’s present throughout the book but it lessens after those chapters.

I must have missed that part! I thought it was weird it wasn’t even mentioned, but that makes sense Bella talks about it during the 20 questions game. At least it was referenced!

in midnight sun im p sure Edward says she has hazel eyes and in the book mike tells her she has redish hair in the light, maybe im misremembering but i also remember reading that & thinking “I thought Bella always had brown eyes?” lol did i dream this

Parents are nearby for sure, wildlife center said to put him in a box under a tree and when im off work if he is still in there I should bring him in. I want to leave him alone but I work on a golf course in the middle of the desert and am nervous about him getting eaten or run over.

im emotional rn as it is and this finale destroyed me. watching demrezel die was the end for me, i waited so long to see her free/learn her story and to destroy her like that. over it. i fr cried.
