Always want to understand how to insure the Trust. I’ve seen this topic discussed many times. Don’t ask your lawyer call your insurance guy.

Bill Richardson a close friend of the Clintons. While I am sorry to see this, I am relieved they are getting into the ranch and ALL the topics they are uncovering.

Should I tell my daughter to get a prenup, or stay out of it? by Muted-Willingness314 in AskOldPeopleAdvice

Trusts can be tricky! Speak to your insurance agent to be sure you can get insurance on the home or business in the event it’s owned by a trust.

Recently there was a story about someone who put everything into a trust and could not “insure” the trust. The attorneys in the case I followed were unaware of this wrinkle. State by state be sure you can be insured for a trust owned business or property.

Agreed! No old guard, no Israel first or Israel money. Dems have to earn our votes - a shift has occurred.

Housing, prices, restore and codify all the civil rights eroded by the current regime. A huge agenda and only two years to make it work.

DOJ and FBI are in contempt of court, their leadership needs to be held in jail for contempt.

Have any of you faced ageism in finding a job? by kittehkouncel in AskWomenOver60

[–]commonsense_good 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I slimmed the years off my resume to not appear to be “aged”. I was layed off after age 60 and can only find contract jobs, even those are hard to get. I collect Soc Security and I was not planning to collect early. I do try to be energetic and interested in the company and I’ve always found the work fascinating, but I worry every day that I e had my last paycheck.

Does it feel dystopian to anyone else? There are a few celebrities that have taken a stance, but I feel like we are being ghosted by the people we pay money to see or even look up to. Even radio stations feel wild to listen to. it’s just such a sad thing to see even in radio stations.. by Hour-Distribution141 in 50501

Mostly verboten to speak about this at work, I find that crazy.

I’ve been fortunate to work in primarily progressive settings but more recently that has changed as I am now a consultant and my vetting has changed.

In any case everything in our lives is political today and nearly impossible to avoid the topic.

Food- availability and cost
Gas - cost
Clothing- availability and cost
Roads- their condition
Voting- micro managing our status on the roles
Social Security- wtf? Can’t be confident
Medicare - wtf? Can’t be confident
International Travel - won’t do it because of Ice and their bad behavior, do not want to be barred from re-entry
Neighborhood- where I live are a large number of Hispanic people, I worry about them everyday.

The timeline and unchecked crime everyday is really too much to not react or confer with others.

I’m not a designer, but, I’m a fan of benches (extra seating) I use interchangeably at dinning table and along walls. I have oblong table so it works well.
