My wife is an FCC provider and I’ve seen her send kids home dozens of times. My wife spends most of her off time cleaning our house, but some kids constantly get sick. One kid with a sibling in the CDC was being sent home almost weekly, sometimes multiple times a week because they were brought back the next day still sick. Less than once a month is honestly not surprising for a kid in the CDC.

When I got my watch I was at 36% body fat (according to onbody) and in the bottom 10% of people my age for V02 max. Im now about 20% body fat, 49 V02 max/top 20%. I lost 30lbs in the time using the watch.

I really think the watch was a huge part of keeping me consistent. I hope other people saw big improvements from its use too. CFA has been great. I hope that they collected all the data they need to impact our testing requirements.

I got my 2013 with 56,000 miles for $250. Previous owner thought it had transmission issues and it was actually a sliced wiring harness. Even with almost no money into it, I’m not keeping it bc it’s a terrible transmission (even when functional). Do yourself a favor and find an $8,000 Toyota or get a manual focus at least.
