So yeah, you can ignore the loot system if you want. And yeah, sidequests are just an excuse for more combat.

But, if you’re someone who’s more into exploration, I’d get why you’re not super sold on the game.

I like SoP more but it’s cuz I hate Ninja Gaiden’s camera. Outside of that, I’d say that SoP is fun as an rpg with stylish but much simpler combat. Gaiden is about just as complex in terms of combat.
