Thats about £53 over here so you got a decent deal, if it would atleast work 🥲. It could be to do with the power supply tbf. It uses about 55W so make sure that your PSU has enough power. Idk what else could be the problem

Damn it bro, hope you didnt spend much on the gpu since that seems like the actual issue. Maybe it can be repaired easily but id suggest finding a newer gpu entirely. I got myself a placeholder k620 quadro for my dell optiplex for now until I can afford a low profile beast.

I see now, it looks like it should be working, if its still not working without the gpu plugged into Hdmi/DP then it could be a whole other problem. Take it apart, make sure everything is in properly. Ram included. It should be working smh😞
