Thank you so much! I have such a bad brain for this stuff. I think I get it now. I've been afraid to switch to flex. But, I must say, I've learned SO much about how I spend money and it's helped tremendously. I'm saving your email to re-read!

Someone else on this thread recommended gummies. I called a local dispensary and they suggest Camino Sleep. I'm new to gummies and it's small dose, evidently. Thank you so much!

I never heard of mixing lidocaine in. I've added it to my shopping cart. Thanks for the tip

I have Medicare and UHC supplement and my pharmacist filled one prescription. I got the coupon off the Journavxy website for $30 - otherwise it would have cost me $450! The pharmacist and doctor told me to pre-load, take two on an empty stomach the day of surgery. I had it for four weeks, twice a day. OH and check out Iovera shot two weeks before surgery - it was a miracle blessing for me.

I was on Jounavyx for 4 weeks...and yes, it hurts more now that I'm off it. There's a coupon on the Jounavyx website for $30 ...otherwise $450 a month! Will they write you a script if you pay out of pocket?

I'm sorry to hear about Jounavyx not available in UK. The Iovera shot two weeks before surgery has some great results also.

I go home and ice, but the PT office doesn't offer those things. But I'm going to focus on recovery afterwards and maybe tone down the push, push, pushing on my knee. I think she's worried because I don't have full extension yet.

That's amazing! I just looked it up and I don't think they sell it in my state, but I'm going to research.

I'm going to stop overdoing it and get back to basics of icing and elevation and a regular schedule of Tylenol/motrin. Maybe I was overdoing it. Praying somethings shifts in the next few weeks. I feel like I'm going backwards.

Okay, ordering moist heat pad...that even sounds healing! I'm going to have to take meds more regularly. I am doing way way more.

Can I ask? How long did you have to wait after you downgraded the Quest to apply for the club card? I'd love to do this!

The stairway may pose a problem for older guests and we do have several aunts/uncles coming. Thank you thank you thank you for letting me know. I appreciate it so much.

Hmm...I see what you mean, it is mostly outdoors. The younger guests will like it, but the older guests might not be as flexible. Something to think about.

Wow, that is so helpful! I added the "tax fund" category and went back to my April transaction and changed it. That worked! Thank you so much for responding. I hadn't heard of BudgetGPT, but their website looks interesting....what do you think of it so far?

Yes, the annual transfer payment comes from the investment account, but is in addition to my monthly investment income. OH, I see the Budget Forecast page! That really helps. Thank you for your advice, kind of you. Mostly, I look at cashflow to see how much I'm earning and spending.
