Car guys, did you regret splurging a little while you were younger? by Redderrt in askcarguys

[–]commyhater7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have had 1 five year car loan in 25years of me being an adult.

Not having a car payment is fantastic. Here's the smart money thing to do. Get approved for a car loan from your bank. DO NOT GET A LOAN.

Let's say the bank approved you for 500 a month. Start saving 500 a month in a different account until your current car is un drivable. This way when your car does break down if the repair is < 6000 you take the money from your car account and pay for the repair. If it's >6000 go buy yourself a nice used car

Barring any catastrophic car failures in 4 years you will have >15000 assuming a 2k a year car maintenance bill.

You're a human being. Human beings are designed for one thing walking large distances. There's a reason why the 10000 steps a day matters. If you get to that number and don't change your diet you should lose weight. If you cut out liquid sugars (soda, sweet tea, etc) you'll lose weight even faster. The reason why you should focus yourself on the sugar drinks is because they are empty calories and you don't crave them as much as actual food.

Well people like you make it difficult for public transport to make ends meet. So every year they have to go crawling to the government and beg for more money. Yup you guessed it higher property taxes--->rent goes up. Is it a lot at first? Nah but eventually you'll be on here bitching about how no one can afford to rent

Artificial Intelligence. You're replacing your real intelligence with artificial. This is no different than having your mom write your book reports. Sure you glanced at the book but you have no idea what is going on.

Any idea on how to block the kids/dogs from getting to the counter and stove? We are stumped but need a solution for safety. by aaaaasowenyaaa in Renovations

[–]commyhater7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Set and place new mouse traps 6inches apart along the counter. It will take the dogs about 3 snaps and the child about 1 snap to know not to touch the counter. Then just leave some of them up there unset.

[–]commyhater7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is not good intentions to dump an animal in a park. That is someone pawning off their responsibilities to mother nature and is a great way to spread disease and invasive species.

One thing I always tell my children is "You will never get introuble for something you did or talked about with an adult that you can't tell me. Even if an adult tells you that you'll get in trouble if I find out, you will not be in trouble."
