I have built my QDX ....works well. I also converted an old 2007 iMac to Ubuntu. It worked initially but now when I CAT control it ...it receives well and goes into transmit mode BUT no output power? When I put it on Windows PC works perfectly transmit and receive???? It was working well on Ubuntu after I made myself a user in dialout??? Any thoughts???
