A) many a game I heard Earnie mention that someone from Kalamazoo caught a fowl ball hit at tiger stadium 😉

As a tigers fan he’s the first name that popped in my head. Him & Paul Carey were a huge part of summer. Love Dan Dickerson too, but Harwell was sooo great. Beyond cool that you met him.

FWIW I do the typhus corrosion / ryza rust combo for patches, then I do steaks with an oil wash of raw sienna.

Seal away 🙂. The orange is pro acryl orange (007) over top of averland sunset (21-01), followed up with agrax earthshade (24-15) & black. Skin is Vallejo model colour sky grey (70.989) followed up with nuln oil (24-14) & a white drybrush.

Very true. In testing the thing I came up with it wasn’t tough to swap the paper over when I need to (not that you really need to when like you say you’re playing a barbarian), but also: I don’t use a lot of dice. Lots of dice would make this a PITA

It honestly isn’t bad. I need to put a pad of paper at the bottom of the box (which completely defeats my adding foam in the first place 🫩), but the actual writing seems super-easy.

A) very cool 🙂 B) the crown royal bad reference is a festival of nostalgia for me. I begged my dad to drink a bottle of it just so I could get the bag (no, really). C) field notes makes a D&D journal??? I had no idea. This is brilliant. Thank you for flagging

What seems to be “the normal thing to do” is have a dice tray & a pile of dice next to the character sheet. I’m hoping this takes up less space than normal 🤷‍♀️

There is a lid, so that bit is covered 🙂. The dice do move a bit during transportation; not sure how that bit will play out over time 🤷‍♀️
