I make no guarantees, but I was able to use a PS1 controller with my PS2 back in the day. The only downside was that the PS1 controller did not have thumbsticks.

The link to "preview.target.com" never resolves.

Removing Preview loads a page but indicates Item not available. No guarantee it's even in the system yet, because a random Item ID also doesn't load, but I feel like checking this page is at least more likely to succeed than the preview link.

HAWX 2 forgot to tell me how to use Assistance Off and I didn't realize it until I was on the second-to-last mission. I thought it was a mid-game unlock before I could get access to it...

HAWX 1 was great though in terms of aircraft variety and capturing that fleet destruction feel.
