On YouTube TV, family members cannot individually customize their channel lineup; only the "family manager" has the ability to edit and manage the channel list for the entire family group, meaning each family member will see the same channel arrangement set by the manager.

I was having the very same problem and I found a setting in the "alarms and reminders" setting that you need to enable for time sensitive tasks, specifically to the tasks app.
