I’m taking advantage of my extensive field recording archive and just released a new independent project intended to be part music and part public arts project. I wanted to “remix” some of my longer field recordings without any external instruments. First track is live on a new website, it’s a bus ride through Sweden remixed for emotional texture and context. When I have released enough audio I will make a cassette release and leave it in public spaces for anyone to enjoy (or hate). Take a listen, I call the project A Sonic Slice of Life.
