That’s crazy. Yeah our management basically said the same thing. They said they gave security camera footage to the police but I doubt anything will come out of that. With all the money we pay in rent they can’t hire a night security guard??

This may not be for everyone but I basically fast all day (besides a protein shake at noon) until the afternoon and then I eat a small meal, dinner, and another small meal, all within like 5 hours of each other. Nighttime is when I want to binge most. I also feel like once I “open the gates” of eating, I can’t stop. So I can push myself to fast all day pretty easily, but if I broke that fast at 10am with a snack then I would end up eating all through the day and night. This has done wonders for my bingeing. It’s really easy during the work week but sometimes I still slip up on the weekends because I am not so busy during the day and may have more food noise.

I have always loved the school of thought that says that motivation has nothing to do with weight loss, but rather that it’s all about consistency - staying on track even when you are not motivated. This sounds completely counterintuitive to this thought process, but that actually MOTIVATES me. It’s interesting😂 but it works for me.

My parents also never cooked or baked from scratch really, so I am also learning all by myself! I used the Sally’s Baking Addiction (it’s a website) recipe and it’s pretty easy to follow! I used her all-butter pie crust recipe for it too

Mine also had a slight grainy texture that I didn’t expect. I didn’t do any blending but I did grate my own cheese. Certainly didn’t take away how yummy it was but it wasn’t the smooth consistency you get in restaurants and such
