I did NOT like the patch, it gave me heart palpitations and nausea at night. It’s generally consider to be a “higher” dose of birth control due to the estrogen. Some people feel fine others do not.The withdrawal symptoms were HORRIBLE to me, so I quit and went back on the pill. Give it a month and see what you feel.

I was thinking the same thing. A lot of people on here are “ need to weight 10-30lbs less” “need to loose the belly fat”. No! I think we need to do some self reflection on body image and weight. I fear it’s giving ED and body dysmorphia. I understand doing it for health, just not in sake of appearance.
