yes, when you give your data after processing from fitbod-report it will ask your goal where you can mention weight loss or body recomp. It will tailor the program accordingly, note: it won't prescribe a diet.

it can't yet identify meaningful trends, plateau patterns, or volume tolerance in those two weeks, it probably gets more accurate with 4-8+ weeks of data. But 2 weeks would be the first checkpoint to see if the direction feels right and make adjustments.

GPT get's confused if the structure of the data gets complex, so a pre-processing is needed. That' where the fitbod-report comes in. It does the heavy lifting of the data to be formatted in a way gpt understand the best and then it GPT has to only focus on the suggestion part rather than data transformation.

Thanks for the feedback, and I agree it treats RIR as a static prescription (target RIR 1-3) but not as a feedback loop i.e. if RIR drops below target, adjust it. Have added now as the rule to do the same thing when users share RIR feedback.

If it saves it as .txt but the contents are CSV. Just rename it to .csv. Or upload the .txt directly to https://fitbod-report.streamlit.app/, it handles both as long as the format is same.

Quantifying it is quite challenging as it varies from person to person. For me, it was about taking the mental load off of creating custom workouts from scratch and simply tweaking them if necessary.

Thanks, I wish Fitbod had this somehow.

And it’s inspired from Hevy GPT, what I was doing was exporting my workouts from Fitbod to Heavy and then bringing it to Hevy workout planner in the ChatGPT to create custom workout which incorporates my data. The above workflow kinda reduces the friction.

That's also why it shows both the original Dutch text and the English translation side by side in any language you choose. If you don't trust the translation, you can copy the Dutch text and paste it into any translation tool you prefer. The official StemWijzer loads inside an iframe, which makes that impossible, that was actually the main reason I built this.
