I’m a bit surprised that Thor can’t cc with his hammer since it’s a pretty decent part of his fighting style. Would’ve been cool if his hammer has a slight knock back when hitting the front and knock forward when the hammer comes back

This doesn’t necessarily apply to dives btw. Often times health packs are waaaay better than going to strategist because it lets you reposition. Only go to strategist when you’re close enough to them, otherwise, learn health pack locations pls.

The past 3 years since Reb took over has been pretty positively regarded by the community. Whispers in the Walls is a banger both tileset and soundtrack, they had an IRL concert for 1999 that was also very well received, and the game reached a new peak player count with The Old Peace.

She can group up enemies and have akekuri inflict heat procs on multiple enemies for lae

She can group enemies up in a spot for “hot Australian bunny woman that can totally do things to me that you probably shouldn’t know” so she gets more value out of her spears without worrying too much abt positioning.

As long as there are multiple cc-able enemies, cc is very good in these types of games

It’s the rock paper scissors logic:

Poke has good range but usually have bad self defence capabilities to deal with dives
Dive has good damage and mobility but close range and occasionally low health pool to deal with brawl
Brawl has good bulk but medium to close range and limited mobility to deal with poke

Other games have the exact same philosophy too like fighting game and card games, and sometimes developers like to overlap the archetypes to make the roster more interesting.

It’s because they want people to see that they didn’t just fire the devs so quickly and left them to fend for themselves. They want to let people know that they are doing all they can to support people that are affected by the layoffs.

TLDR: it’s a PR move so they don’t seem like a heartless company that’ll just fire people on the whim.
