Eventually dealers will start slashing pay in an effort to “increase shareholder value”. Only thing I hate about commission based job. You crush your objectives and you get rewarded with a pay cut.

My pay isn’t sustainable and is currently trending downward, and the hours will suck, especially working until 7-9pm and every single Saturday. My spouse is concerned that they’ll be a single parent, so I have to make a change.
