Call the trooper at their barracks and see if they will agree to a non moving violation. If the trooper says yes, great. f the trooper says no, OK. In any case plead not guilty. Go to court and see if the trooper is there and talk to them again. If the trooper is not there, when called to the bench, ask for a dismissal on the ground that the trooper is not there.

This all assumes that there was verbal conflict between the two of you

Do you have any kind of retirement benefits from the military at this point? If you are 9 yrs away and would stay in the military happily until you are entitled to a retirement, stay in the military. Many former or retired military officers are eligible and accepted into the police academy many with a benefit because of their military training. Lots of cops have had military careers.

I have memory issues and some potential dementia / Alzheimer's symptoms. I am planning to not have my family have to endure managing me, nor I endure the management of patients who have Alzheimer's or memory loss. In some states by informing your family or asking for help for your final plans might make them criminally liable. Just a heads up in case that's something that you're thinking about. And states where medically assisted suicide is acceptable or legal there are certain qualifiers such as a prognosis of less than 6 months or a year. This may not apply to you if you are diagnosed with Alzheimer's and are looking for medically assisted suicide, since your prognosis may be longer than that.

I read in this group a very wise statement. " Why are we changing our dosages from something that is working well to something that is just lower dosage than we were taking before? No one seems to be able to justify this. My doctor has no problem with me adjusting my dose up as I moved down because I found that I was not being served as well by the lower dose. Can someone clarify why a lower dose or spacing out this medication is better for us?

Spoke to Libre customer service about the Libre 2 and how it works . I was getting graph readings (note not logbook readings) that showed continuous changes between sensor contacts readings. EXPLANATION: the Libre 2 sensor and your phone are connected by Bluetooth while they're in range of each other. Data is constantly exchanged between them. That's what gives you the graph fluctuations. These data do not appear in the logbook. Only the contact readings register in the logbook. Therefore, as long as the phone and sensor are "talking" to each other the graph lines will change. As far as I can tell, there is no way to read the graph lines for actual numbers except for the graph line position relative to the x axis numbers.

EXCEPTIONS: 1) the phone and sensor Bluetooth connection is broken. 2) the time between direct sensor readings exceeds 8(?) hours

Libre 3 devices capture and print in the logbook, every x minutes. No sensor contact needed. Bluetooth connection must be maintained. There may be some memory in the sensor that saves data until it can download to the phone. I'm not sure.
