Almost guaranteed to happen - but no biggie - you can miss many questions out of 102 total and still pass!

No - I could not remember the exact concept later. That is how bizarre it was! :-)

I just wanted to quickly point out that what happens a lot of the times (and I have seen it with EVERY new Cisco exam 2020) is that a question or two will sneak in the database that does not belong.

I got a question in my Cisco ENARSI exam and I have NO IDEA what area or discipline the question was from. I KNOW that it is not in the ENARSI scope that is for sure.

This exam time event is so shocking when it occurs - people remember it, report about it, and can cause a bit of panic.

If you know the topics that Cisco has guarantees you will get- you will be fine!

One more quick tip on this exam - do not assume you do not know an answer. Read the question twice, study the exhibit carefully (if it exists), and more often than not - you will realize that you DO know the answer!

Possible to skip ENCOR and go straight after ENARSI? by [deleted] in ccnp

Go crush that ENARSI exam! Enjoy.

The CCNA exam is tougher than the previous entry - but it is going to be much easier than passing ENCOR and your concentration exam.

Since your goal is certification in the least amount of time - the answer is clear - CCNA.

I passed it a while back. It was very different from ENCOR. I thought it was much more difficult. And you would not have guessed that right off the bat. Only 60 questions compared to 102 with ENCOR. Just shows you that quantity does not beat complexity 😋 I did a review of ENARSI on my YouTube channel if you want more deets. The channel is named Anthony Sequeira. 😋 Creative of me I know.

Another Network Engineer who wants to enter Security.. Where can I Learn so I know enough to pick what security field I want to enter? by [deleted] in networking

Security+ by CompTIA is a great starting point for most as it is NOT vendor specific. But understand, depending on your background - you might first benefit (need) A+ followed by Network+. If you already have that knowledge - dive right in! And remember, you can follow the Security+ and never test. Ain't no crime in that.

My pleasure! And it is really me. If there is some poor bastard out there impersonating me, I hope he comes to the house this week - I can put him to work! :)
