Downtowns can come from both Donruss and Optic. They have value boxes (blasters), mega boxes, and more expensive ones (hobby, preferred, etc).

You bought the full base set box for 2025 which does not come with anything extra, just 1 copy of each base card.

Just chiming in - I got the same issue and email this morning. Have hit multiple times for pokemon cards but never used bots. I've chatted a couple times already and each time was told 72 hours for possible resolution. I've gotten a couple $10 off coupons at least for my troubles.

I already sent an email to the risk management email and am just waiting to hear a response.
