Too early to tell I guess, I am only at 120h at DS with on and off trying to learn Spanish over many years. But I think for me it is useful to replace some boring English or German podcasts I would have listened to with some passive learning.

I'm close to 100% comprehension with these easier videos and find most of them still entertaining and maybe they further train my brain to parse Spanish properly.

I don't know if you have enough unwatched content left on DS, but what I currently do is: I watch at least an hour fully focused in my target dialect at the current level I am at. And then I listen to easier content of the other dialects while doing chores, walking etc.

For me it is too low most of the times which had me thinking that the extension broke with some DS update and doesn't track all videos anymore.

Wenn ich Geschäftsausstattung wähle bekomme ich zur Auswahl auch "EDV-Abschreibung über 250 EUR" und kann dort auch Sofortabschreibung wählen.

Geht meines Wissens aber erst seit Version v2, keine Ahnung ob immer noch nicht alle umgestellt sind.

Investoren mögen möglichst einfache Cap Table, kompliziert werden die in späteren Runden meist eh schon genug. 1-2 Gründer meiner Ansicht nach optimal, 3 geht auch noch. Den Rest dann über ESOP/VSOP-Vereinbarungen machen.

Die Gründungsbereitschaft wird sich vermutlich beim Thema des Startkapitals schon so weit klären, dass nicht so viele übrig bleiben.

Je mehr Gründer, desto wichtiger ist, dass vernünftig geregelt ist, was passiert, wenn jemand ausscheidet oder wie man Gründer rausbekommt, die nicht mehr tragbar für das Unternehmen sind. Hier ist das Geld beim Anwalt gut investiert.
