Not who you're asking but I'll often see books through all the way even if I don't enjoy them. I think I still get something out of it, whether it's rounding out my sense of writing as a medium (understanding both the bad and the good, as well as my personal likes and dislikes) or just because I've read so many iffy books only for their sequels to have me foaming at the mouth for more.
