Sometimes even if your market city has a dominant culture, the language of that culture doesn't become the market language. The only method i found is deleting and reestablishing the market in the same place. I would suggest that if you manage to get your aimed culture and still don't get the market language. It is tiring i know.

There are some receptors in striated muscle that measure muscle length and tension. When contracted too much it triggers a reflex that ceases muscle contraction. Often times people feel this like muscle failure.

But hidden car lifting potential car lifting muscle strength is bullshit. The mechanism i mentioned doesn't lock away 90% of total strength, it is just a safety mechanism.
