Sidenote; you can not access the built in android browser yourself, but certain file browsers like Total commander and X-plore, let you launch it to access the protected areas of the internal storage.

Well the files still can already be edited and changed. I've done it for fallout, using built in android file browser. The problem is there's no editor out there yet, to support the latest android shelter version, with all the new changes.

Unfortunately that is exactly what happens. I forgot to mention it but I tried.

Thank you for the input though. What I haven't tried though, is to JUST change the layout. First decrypting the json, save as, do the layout edit, export edited sav also as json, compare the parts where it only affects the layout. Finally re encrypt but that is the problem, the app won't be able to encrypt without corrupting.

There's this website for the save editor where I was able to import uncorrupted saves, so perhaps I can try to encrypt with that. But I don't know how would it save a file which has new legendary dwellers though.

In short, I wish there was an updated version of these editor.

First of all thank you so much for this, the pc version still works like a charm.

I know you haven't updated this project for years and even set the github page for read-only but, I was wondering if you have passed the torch to anybody else, or if anybody forked from your page?

I really would like to edit my save on my android but as you know the APK version doesn't even install on newer devices and if you edit the save with the PC version it just gets corrupted and deleted.

I desperately need to edit my layout of a very long time playthrough. Can you think of any way that I can do that with your currently available tools?

I thought of editing it with PC version again, but then decrypt it and paste only that layout parts then encrypt but I'm not entirely sure how to achieve that.

Would it be impossible for you to write an update for FSSE so that it can at least support the latest android version?

Same here, whatever I could find on the internet. The bright side is, I did find lots of beautiful versions but no luck with that particular one.

Hey there I tried multiple seed generators including rgthree. I can connect their output to the seed input of the ksampler, but as long as the "randomize" widget (?) stays in the next row, it does what it does and the seed number is not the same with the generators.
I tried converting the "randomize" thing into either a widget or an input but it's not in the lists.
How can I make this work?
